Summary & Objectives
Objects currently produced by the Digital Developments section do not have a natural pathway into the DAMS. The aim of this project phase is to create a workflow which allows objects to easily enter the DAMS without needing any form of manual 'migration'.
Outstanding Questions
- Where do we keep a 'default' Holdings workform in order to allow VITAL to create Holdings as required?
- How do we automate the movement of files from the Digitisation Unit servers to the Digital Archive/Image Servers?
