Naming convention is as follows:

fileID10 = TEI file
objectCharacteristics
Format and version of file output from JHove e.g.
<format>TIFF</format> <version>5.0</version>
are matched with mappings in following XML file

Which is then used to further populate the PREMIS format elements with the METS as follows <premis:format>
