Class 1 object Root

This is the root element which is required in every document.
- What are we going to do with LABEL, ID, and TYPE in the root element?
- Need to include PROFILE and write one!.
- ID=in simple object to be the name of the 'file', i.e. GCF05048, MST00005. In complex objects this will be the 'three-letter' code (no need to be unique) in the parent document and the 'file' name in the child document (will be unique).
- LABEL=in simple object use <mods:title> element, in complex objects use <mods:title> element in parent document and <mods:title> element (from parent) + structMap div label in child documents.
- OJECTID=id for METS document (post-ingest handle)
- TYPE=local-mantained term for Fedora/Vital content model; based on SMD?, or 'llgcframedwork'?
- PROFILE=name of profile used in creating METS document.
